Hi, I’m Samantha

I had a beautiful home birth. I was surrounded by strong, supportive women and my husband, and I’m so grateful for that experience. But my labor was long and exhausting. It stretched me physically and emotionally.

During labor, I remember thinking — just for a moment — I don’t know if I can ever do this again.

That thought scared me since I knew I wanted more children. I didn’t want to be afraid of birth.

When I became pregnant with my second son, I went searching for something different. That’s when I found HypnoBirthing® — and it completely changed the way I viewed birth.

Instead of bracing for pain, I learned how birth actually works. I learned how to relax my body instead of fighting it. My second birth was faster, gentler, and so much easier to move through. It wasn’t something I survived — it was something I experienced.

That transformation is what led me here.

I became a doula and a HypnoBirthing® educator because I know what it feels like to walk into birth unsure… and what it feels like to walk in confident and prepared. I want women to know they have options. I want them to feel supported, informed, and capable.

Birth is powerful. It’s intense. It can also be calm and beautiful.

And you don’t have to do it alone.

Outside of birth work, I live a simple, intentional life with my husband and our two boys on our homestead — raising animals, keeping bees, gardening, cooking from scratch. That slower way of living shapes how I see birth too: natural, strong, and worthy of care and preparation.

If you’re looking for steady support and someone who truly believes in your ability to birth, I’d love to walk alongside you.
