HypnoBirthing® Childbirth Education Series

Prepare for birth with confidence, calm, and clarity.

This 5-week in-person HypnoBirthing® series is designed to help you understand your body, release fear, and approach birth feeling informed and supported. Whether you are planning a hospital birth, birth center, or home birth, the tools you learn in this class apply to every setting.

What You’ll Learn

• How your body works during labor
• Breathing and relaxation techniques to reduce tension
• How to navigate common interventions with confidence
• Creating a birth plan aligned with your values
• How your partner can feel informed and actively involved

This is an intimate, discussion-based class — not a lecture. With only 6 families, there is space for connection, questions, and meaningful preparation.

Investment

Full Series Investment: $400

Choose the option that works best for your family:

• $150 Deposit – Secures your seat (remaining $250 due before class begins)
• Full Payment – $400

Card payments are accepted online. Zelle and cash payments are also available upon request.

Payment plans are available upon request. The $150 deposit is still required to reserve your spot in the series. If you prefer to pay via Zelle or cash, please contact me before registering to reserve your spot.

Spots are limited and registration closes once the class fills.

Registration & Cancellation Policy

Your registration secures one of a limited number of seats in this 5-week series. Because materials are ordered in advance and class sizes are intentionally small, deposits are non-refundable.

If you are unable to attend after registering, you may request to transfer your enrollment to a future class series with advance notice. Transfers are subject to availability.

In the event of unexpected or sensitive circumstances related to your pregnancy, please reach out directly. I will always handle these situations with care and compassion on a case-by-case basis.

If I must cancel a class series for any reason, you will be offered a full refund or transfer option.
